Need To Get Huge Phytoserms training log!
Hey guys I've been using N2BM supplements for awhile now and after competing last September in my local WNBF middleweight show and coming in fourth I decided it was time to get more muscle.
I competed at 76kg after doing a keto diet for 18 weeks.
Anyway I felt like starting a log because although I have been training non-stop since the contest I feel I can improve my physique and with the help of N2BM supplements I thought I'd start a log for whoever is interested
The supplements I will be using are:
Phytoserms 347
Need 2 Slin
Acnetame
Whey To Build Muscle protein
Thiomucase
N2 Guard
I have already started this week on Tuesday with my first doses of Phyto and Need2Slin and have cut cardio to only 4 times a week instead of 7 and also added in healthy calories after a mini 6 wk keto diet where I lost 8kg.
Starting weight is: 86kg
Goal weight: 96kg
Diet:
2 Need2Slin
1 Phyto
N2 Guard
Vitamin C
USP Oxy Elite tab
Meal 1:
2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites
3/4 cup oats
Meal 2:
Tuna with fish oil
Meal 3:
Tuna with Mac oil 1 tbsp
2 Need2Slin
Meal 4:
WTBM shake with 1/2 tbsp Mac oil and 3/4 cup oats
Pre workout:
Creating, Maca powder, glutemine, leucine, whey, bcaa mix
1 Usp Oxy Elite Pro tab
Post workout
Shake with whey, creatine, bcaa, glutemine, and 30g maltodextrine
2 Need2Slin
Meal 5:
8oz raw weight lean beef 95/5
1 cup vege green, 3/4 cup oats
Meal 6:
Whey shake with 1 tbsp PB
Anyway I'm excited about the progress I can make and with Phytoserms I feel confident I can gain some considerable size!

Today was arms in my weekly rotation.
Have gotten all my meals in so far today, except I was an hour late with my second meal. I was at work and couldn't get out (Im a barista in a popular coffee shop and when your on the coffee machine for 3 hrs straight its hard to make a shake) but we made the best of it
Had a solid workout and Im just starting to feel like Im back in the groove. My body is getting adjusted to the carbs again and also the higher volume of training, with less cardio.
Sets are usually comprised of 3 to 4 sets going to failure on the last 2, with all reps slow negatives.
For arms I did:
Tricep pulldowns with straight bar
Close grip smith bench presses
Reverse cable pull ups
Dips
Rope pulldowns leaning away from machine braced on straight adjustable rod
Dumbell curls
Preacher machine curls
Cable curls
It felt like a solid workout and I can't wait to see how my body responds to the Phyto and Need2Slin combo!
No noticable effects from either product yet but its too early so I'll keep u posted

Day 3:
Today is just cardio day
Did 25 mins on the stepper. Had my Oxy Elite before, applied my Thiomucase to legs, lower back, lower abs, chest, arms and put on hoodie. Thiomucase def helps you sweat alot more, I used it all the way up to my contest last year and when doing weights and cardio it def raises body temperature and I feel thats not just benefitial during cardio but weights to as I think being warm helps prevent injury when getting leaner, not that i need to worry about that now lol
Had my first 2 caps OF Need2Slin and had my first meal 30 mins later.

Skeletal Balm(it's been almost 4 months and should last me another month, I love it)
N2clear(again it's been almost 4 months and I've only used half of it and it works)
Phytoserm-347(on my second week or so and strength is great)
Whey to build muscle(cup cake batter and chocolate fudge and they both taste amazing, but I do like the cup cake batter more)
and I think that's about it unless I'm forgetting something.

The thermo effects of OEP are the strongest of any of the burners I've used. In fact, when I was skiing in Colorado last January, OEP helped keep me nice and warm on the slopes lol.
Currently using Need2Slin, Whey2BuildMuscle, and SkelBalm; all are gtg and Need2Slin is the best partitioner out there IMO. Using the new shampoo as well.
I also have N2Guard, HCGenerate, Phytoserms347, GEAR and some BetterProteinBars on hand atm. I've used all in the past and they're all top-notch products IMO.

Day 4:
Today was shoulders and cardio (with a few hamstring sets thrown in cause its a weak point).
I popped my Phyto, Oxy, BCAA and Whey then hit cardio this morning. 25 mins on stepper, decent sweat on level 12.
Post cardio had 2 Need2 Slin then had meal 1.
Weights were 3 hours later.
For my training I performed the following:
Seated hamstring leg curls 4 sets
Shoulder press machine 4 sets
Seated dumbell presses 4 sets working up to 22.5kg
Seated lateral raises with 12.5kg and 15kg for 4 sets
Upright rows on cable 8 machine plates (not sure the exact weight of them, I believe their 5kg each)
Rear delts on peck deck facing pads 4 sets working up to 15 plates on machine (again 5kg each)
finished off with another set of machine shoulder presses 60kg, super slow
Felt energetic today and ready to train. Might be because I had my cheat meal last night and wasn't working today.
I def feel a slight increase in libido, probably due to Phyto as I've been on it for almost a week.
Strength increases are coming slowly, which I feel is a combination of Phyto, increase in calories after 6 wks of dieting, and less cardio.
After workout slammed my post workout shake waited n hr and popped 2 Need2Alin then had 8oz raw weight lean 95/5 beef and 1 cup brown rice with green veg.Last edited by Triple Joe; 05-29-2011 at 01:32 AM.

Looks like you are doing very well. The log is looking great and I want to say "Thank You".
Next week, you should take feeling and looking like a new person. The vascularity should will start showing before you know it.
Most people witness claim that their apetite increases while using Need2Slin. But do not be afraid to increase the calories. That is one of the great things about the product...you will not gain fat!Last edited by NEEDTOBUILDMUSCLE.COM; 05-29-2011 at 04:22 PM.

I have def noticed an increase in appetite on Need2Slin. I'm not fighting it and giving my body what it wants more clean calories. Im really loving this combo of Slin and Phyto. Feeling great and even though its too early to tell I def feel like because Im eating more calories and processing them efficiently my recovery is getting better too.
