Hey guys hows it goin?
Day 6:
Had yesterday off because of work (done 2 11hr shifts two days in a row!!!)
Nutrition and supplementation are on point and I've def noticed an increase in appetite after popping Need2Slin.
Tonite was back and abs:
Wide grip lat pulldowns
12 x 10 plates (5kg each plate so 50kg)
10 x 60
6 x 75
4 x 75 dropped and then 8 x 50kg
(each set with gd squeeze and pause at contraction)
Machine cable rows seated
6 x 60kg
8 x 60
5 x 70
5 x 70
Underhand pulldowns
8 x 70kg
10 x 75
6 x 80
Hyper-extensions with body weight for 2 sets
Smith deadlifts
10 x 60kg
10 x 100kg
6 x 140kg
5 x 140kg
Then followed with reverse crunches and machine crunches
Workout went for just over an hr and I felt really strong even after doing an 11hr work day and very little sleep.
Noticable effects of Phyto so far have been an increase in strength on most exercises and also I don't know how to describe it but I feel a heightened sense of well being! Its even when Im stressed during busy work periods. On the other side also increased aggression.
Im liking the feeling.
On an unrelated note my skin has cleared up tremendously thanks to Acnetame. Im getting complements from a few different people and its a great feeling.

Day 7:
Hey guys hope all is well!
Today I was only working a 3hr shift and had time to kill so I actually did 2 weight training sessions. I normally wouldn't but for some reason i just felt like I had the energy. I gotta say I'm sure that Phyto is playing a part in my increased energy levels.
I worked chest and legs tonight and I can't remember all the weights I used so instead of talking weight and reps which isn't really important I'll just say that Phyto has helped increase my energy and strength in the majority of my lifts.
My weight is up 1kg so far in just over a week and I'm excited about the coming week where I think the product will kick in even more.

Day 10 on Phyto:
Hey guys just wanted to give a quick update on how my progress is coming along.
Training is solid, with energy levels higher than usual and thanks to Need2Slin Im pounding down more food than ever before.
My lifts have increased and Im finding I don't need as long between sets to get my energy levels up. The pumps are tight as well.
The biggest thing I've noticed is that my libido is raging and my sense of well being is higher than ever. Really loving the experience so far.
My weight is also up another kilo to 88kg.

Day 12:
Hey guys instead of updating training I just thought I'd share my experience with the Need2 supps I'm currently using.
Without a doubt my confidence is at an all time high with training not just because my meals r in order, or because I'm resting more, or because training system is working. It's also because the supplements I'm spending my hard earned money on actually WORK!

Hey guys day 13:
Weight is up another kilo and strength is stable today. Didn't have the best sleep last night had band practice so it was a long day.
Had a good arms session doing a total of 24 sets for bi's and tri's in total.
So far the effects I've noticed from Phyto is:
- libido increase
- strength increase
- heightened sense of well-being
- increased aggression in gym
There haven't been any sides so far. I was worried bout acne initially cause i tend to break out when I take test boosters but I'm taking Acnetame everyday and using N2 Clear 3 times a week. All clear
Tomorrow is legs day and I'm pumped to get it on!
My meals have been on point and I'm eating lots of clean foods and haven't had a cheat meal in 2 weeks, just a few higher carb clean meals. This combo of Phyto and Slin seem to WANT the added calories! My body feels like I'm soaking it up
The only downside is I ran out of my Whey to Build Muscle cake batter today!
I gotta order sum more when I get paid next wk

Day 17:
Hey guys just wrapping up another day. Training and diet on point and Im up to 90kg now! Getting stronger, but was a little fatigued today while hitting back cause of a lack of sleep last night.
Im close to half way through my Phyto cycle and I can def feel the product taking me to a new level. Im getting ppl telling me Im looking bigger and its only been less than 3 weeks!
Another note is Ive increased my dosage to 2 caps per day because Im close to 200lbs now so I felt comfortable with my body being able to adapt.
No side effects noted and that includes acne!
Keep hitting it guys!

Hey guys day 22!
Off night from training after 5 days straight!
Something I'm noticing is that my energy levels are very high atm and I actually WANT to go to the gym more often, but have to restrain myself.
This is a welcome change from most times when after more than 3 days straight of training I feel burnt out.
Weight is stable atm but strength is increasing!

Day 29!
Hey guys not much to report just wanted to keep everyone updated. Sorry about the delay in posts!
My weight has gone up to 92kg! This is the tightest I've been at this weight ever!
A little fat gain but I'm not concerned as I've been pounding the food thanks to an increased appetite which I believe is connected to Phyto, my increased training frequency, weights, and Need2Slin.
I'm nearing the end of my Phyto run at the end of this week and I'm kinda sad because i don't wanna come off it! It makes you feel so good mentally and physically!
