Circulation problems!

does anyone else have bad circulation in their legs?!?! Im only 26 and have had laser vein surgery on my legs and injections to get rid of veins... after all that my legs still have horrible veins and ache all the time... i hate the look of my legs and no matter what kind of shape i never want to expose my legs...

anyone else have this problem? if so, what do you do to help it!!!

I do. I've had my veins stripped, so my legs look pretty good. Unfortunately, you're dealing with genetics. The upshot is, the "vascular look" fits right in with bodybuilding

Have you had an ultrasound on your legs to make sure your circulation isn't impaired? Also, achiness in the legs can also be hormonal too. I'm just thinking back to when I was younger, my legs ached during certain times of the month. Just a thought.

yeah i have had the laser vein procedure where they basically fry the vein and so it dissolves instead of removing it....
also, they have done several sonograms and havent really found anything more than i have venous reflux...blah
i have a really dark spot about baseball size on inside of my ankle that they say will never go away, lost of patches of spider veins and like i said the aches.... i am thinking of switchig doctors though....i think there is something more that they arent finding....

come one, really? judging from ur avatar, ur a beautiful looking lady with no 'issues' what so ever, quit nitpicking, laser vein surgery? highly unnecessary, especially if it's purely cosmetic. ur legs are NOT ugly. now, if you're inquiring about losing fat via better circulation, then this has been well documented. you need to implement a keto diet, for the last few weeks of dieting, this enables better fatty acid release due to an improved hormonal environment via keto.

I have some small patches of varicous veins on my legs, and they are getting worse/more visible, the leaner I get. They aren't terrible though, and I don't sweat it that much. Its genetic.
