Ohhhhh! Acne
Hey everyone, Gotta question I have acne tried everything even the tea tree oil, any secrets you all use? Luck of the draw I guess but my friend is a pretty heavy lifter (natural) and lately she hasn't had the time to work out and now she's breaking out all over any ideas on that one too? I'm guessing hormones from not working out?

Well, this is a real breakthrough.
Panthothenic ACid. I buy Kal Sustained release going for 2mg AM and 2mg PM and guess what, no acned. Stay clean and once or twice a week sponge down the body with Benzoyl PEroxide 10%.
Nothing fancy here. The Panthothenic ACid is basically B5 and works with reducing the bodies oils and glands. You can read up on this anywhere. The Benzoyl PEroxide 10% is a back up to help dry out any ongoing issues, you may not even need it. Run the Panthothenic ACid at 4mgs AM and 4mgs PM, if al looks good THEN drop the intake down to a level that works for you.
No magic here, well worth giving it a shot!

I've had this for over 20 years and it's been a damn nuisance some of the time, makes you shy, and introverted, can alienate you from outside activities, no where near as bad as it once was, but been told it can stay through adulthood until your 40s
One measure is to get Roacutane or something from your GP, but thats as a last resort, the side effects are quite serious but it does get the job done but with a price to pay
didn't use it though, got through a whole range of other products, people out there with worse things to live through at the end of the day
