My protein recipe :)
CARB FREE Peanut Butter Vanilla Pudding:
*makes 5 servings
Each serving=
34g PRO, 0 CHO, and 1g FAT!!!!
145 Calories
Ingredients-
5 scoops PB Vanilla ISOLYZE (135g PRO, 0 CHO, 0 FAT)
1 package Silken LIGHT TOFU (35g PRO, 0 CHO, 5g FAT)
Directions-
1) Use a food processor, mixer, or blender to mix both ingredients well.
2) Pour pudding into 5 small containers or dessert bowls
3) Refrigerate a couple hours so pudding becomes firmer.
**OR try freezing for about 1 hour for a "frozen yogurt" texture... any longer in the freezer and it will freeze solid!

If you are looking for a higher calorie snack or meal with this, just add some all natural Peanut Butter. Crunchy gives the pudding a good texture!
