All I have seen and heard so far is us guys and peptides. Would women get the same effect from the same peps as guys? How about dosing? My wife is wanting to get the leaning and gh effects, without the actual use of gh. Already taking 50mcg t3 daily along with winny tab of 20mg daily. Cardio is at 45 6 days a week along with weights 3 x's. Doing the carb rotation, using Humapro for 2 of her proteins a day.

I was going to start a thread in fem chem about this exact thing.
I have been doing some reading and there really isnt any reason women cant use most of the peps out there. I will post up info in the coming days...

Women use and benefit from gh, so why would taking peptides by any different?
This is not necessarily pointed at you Bencher, but I think a lot of people think peptides are some special type of magic drug that has these mystical properties. All they are is gh releasers for the most part (at least the ghrh and ghrp)
Of course there are other classes of peptides, but all the ones used for leaning out basically rely on increasing one's igf and or gh output, something that would benefit either sex in the pursuit of leanness.
I give peptides a green light for women. I see no reason why it would be contraindicated for them. Especially since most women who would even think of trying peptides have already tried harsher drugs that could do far worse damage to the female system.
So in the scheme of things, I'd consider peptides quite benign for women.

PC, the tabs are caps. guess it would be possible. Monday, wed, fri= protein n fat only. Tues, thurs carbs= 100g. Sat carbs upto 150-175. Sunday right now all goes by how she thinks she is looking. This is what has been plan. I am switching us up to Keto for 3 days then one day 100g carbs. Keep that rotating. See how body adjust that way.
On the peps for her, going with a combo of two, which would be recommended?

It takes an rare female to use peptides...particularly for leaning out goals. Overall women are lesser candidates (as compared to men w/ androgens, HRT, etc) imho

exactly. since the proven benefits to women and men using GH is there, it makes sense to use fragmental portions as well.
as for women being less of a candidate, thats what this is about. opening up the discussion. sorting out what is safe and effective for female lab rats to utilize in your research.

[/quote]that's like a Lo, med, lo, med, lo, hi, hi.
i wouldn't go keto but would do at least 2 or 3 lo days in a row before a med or hi day. your 3 day keto and then carbs should also get her moving though

yes and no. everyone is different.... the younger a person, I feel less is better. becasue they are making better GH pulsatility than someone older. with women, say with IGF LR3, I would start at 20mcg and build (if neccessary) from there.
