Post show eating
Hey ladies so I am two weeks out from my 3rd figure show, and I am curious to know what you all experience as far as eating sat and Sunday. My last shows I was nervous to eat whatever so I eat chicken and veggies. But this year I definitely want to eat some food that I haven't had for awhile, not junk good just some good pasta/carbs or sushi...and maybe some brownies lol. Im just nervous to see how my body will respond to this though, I'm the meanest I've ever been and its been a long time since I've had anything like brownies. I did do weekly referees up till a week ago but they were still "healthy" I already have a diet plan made to start that Monday, so ill be right back at it. Any advice or personal experience would be very helpful!!

Ok NORMALLY i don't eat nearly this much and end up with crazy water retention
This is what i ate after North Americans and had ZERO water retention
I weighed 129 Sat AM before Prejudging, 1 wk later 132.7, 2 wks later 129.2
It must have been how we did prep cuz it is shocking that I have zero water retention with what I ate!!!!!! I kept needing fatty greasy food to keep queasiness at bay. *i had been really queasy/nauseous wed thru sat week of show i think i got bad fish) I was hungry within min of eating. Never got full let alone stuffed.
POST SHOW:
immediately pb&j on whole wheat which i then started to feel a bit better
1 pieces banana nutella blondie
bsion bacon cheese burger split
artichoke dip with fried pita chips split
banana ice brownie split
felt great!
think a cookie after that at room
shrimp and steak fajita
One cookie
Sun AM
pb&j
OJ i was started to feel really bad again almost considered not getting makeup done
had the oj during makeup and started to feel better
biscuits gravy eggs potatoes split
stuff french toast /ricotta and plum sauce) had few bites sweets were just no doing it for me i was really craving, needing, feeling better on, whatever faty foods
Slice of pepperoni sausage pizza split
drove to Oktoberfest so bout hr or so after doing all the pics
brat with saurkraut split
schmidt's cream puff split
potatoo pancake split
brat with saurkraut split
1 beer
apple strudel
at this point i have yet to feel full let alone stuffed
drove to columbus
oj
cookie
couple bite pb blondies
1/2 mushroom grilled onion burger
some onion rings and fris
felt full at this point
Few fris, onion rings and cookies before bed
Mon
Pb blondie
Egg mc muffin (tried to go to ihop but we waited and waited and go to late had to go to airport)
Club sandwich
Various baked goodies on plane
NY style pizza sausage and pepperoni
Bread with sliced mozarella
Frozen yogurt with goodies on top
wed started my off season plan with no cardio
I actually did a photoshoot at the Olympia 2 weeks post contest

enjoy yourself for a couple days and drink tons of water. start a new plan mon or tuesday for off season.
