Kevin's Journey to the NPC Nationals in November
I wanted to start fresh. I'm getting ready to begin prepping for the Nationals held in November. This thread will be a complete journal showing you my workouts and weights used.
Right now, I weigh 192. Under 20 weeks to go. It's getting serious now. I will be working with George Farah for this prep and we both feel that I have a great opportunity to go down to Miami and not just show up but be there in the first call out battling it out with the best. I plan on making good steady improvements from here on in. I will be ready!!!
My first post will be today a little later on.

I've learned a ton from you guys on yere as well. I've got a renewed motivation this time round....let's see where it brings me.
Thanks Jude. Let see if I can finish my prep this year without injuring myself a few weeks out this year.
Thanks Tim and Yours too!
I'm no longer going thru the motons with my workouts I'm blasting thru them because I know I have something to train for now. I'm taking no prisoners for this one. I'll be ready 100%. No one knows who's goiong to show up but I will bring my A game for sure!!

Shoulders and Triceps Today
18 Sets Shoulders
machine Press: 4x10-15
DB Side Laterals: 3x12-15 45s
Single arm DB Side Laterals: 2x15-20 30s
Facedown on Bench Rear dB Laterals: 4-10-12 45s

9 Sets Triceps

No need to hit my triceps with too many sets these days. Really hitting pecs and back with more volume to get those bodyparts on par with the rest. Good fast-paced workout.
Will do 30 minutes of cardio this evening when I get back from the pool!
