Fat Burners
What is your personal opinion on fat burners? Do you believe they help with the right diet? Or do you think simply eating clean and being on the right diet works just as good?

Hi Vanessa welcome to RXMuscle hun!It depends on what fat burner it is Vanessa theres some good ones out that really have helped me to lose 70 pounds so far without cardio one is ALRI TX and another is VPX Sports Liquid Clenbutrx and another good one is Gaspari's Mytotropin and the new Dexaprine(Forgot the company name)is a very good fat burner that helps stimulate the thyroid you can buy Dexaprine at NutraPlanet.com and no I don't work for them just order some stull from them from time to time.
Of course you have to follow a good diet also and don't cheat and maybe some cardio if needed.Vanessa if I were you I'd go with ALRI TX or Dexaprine or rotate them month to month okay darlin.Good Luck!

My favorite ones are Forged Burner, Oxyelite pro, and I would stack them with either TT-33 or T-2.
Those are some great stuff and they work amazingly!
Good luck on your journey

I'd say yes, they def help in addition to a good diet. As jets said TX from ALR is a good one it optimizes your thyroid which is nice cause it can offset the slow down during dieting. Poison is a great fat burner as well. If you are looking for something that covers all bases the tri-lean stack is tremendous. Used correctly they can really help u get those last couple pounds off, and suppress the cravings while dieting.

90% are just caffeine tabs, so you are pretty much taking a preworkout all day and that has to stress your nervous system in addition to stimulating production of stress hormones. As with all drugs you build up a tolerance so the gains on a select dose are only temporary as well. Do they help burn a few extra cals? Yes, but not without consequence.
