I had no idea about any of it until I ran into one of these websites few years back and started researching more and more about it. I love it and it makes a whole lot of sense.

Wow thanks for posting.. Now I have sooo many questions regarding sometimes getting a pimple or 2 on my cheeks.. I know it isn't from an imbalance of hormones, or digestive tract.. I'm taking supps for both.. So now trying to figure out how my lungs might have something to do with it, and what ALJ and LH means?? I loved this article..Very informative!

Ok. so after i just posted this response.. Since i'm at work and have nothing to do right now, I decided to do a bit of research on on the Lung Toxicity, since I was curious why I have a few pimples here and there on my cheeks. That article really helped! I googled it and what came up makes alot of sense. I have been eating about 3 cans of tuna per day, since I love to make Tuna Burgers to bring for work.. and it says that consuming seafood which contains Mercury can cause Lung Toxicity.. so that I understand, I will research what supps to take for prevention and minimize the intake of seafoods that are high in Mercury.. oh I"m so happy to hear that you found it helpful! I"m obsessed with this type of research and anything that has something to do with all weird types of alternative medicine also. Different cultures have different ways of treating things, especially with natural remedies, I'll take that over any antibiotic any day!
