try mixing the bcaa's and the glutamine with your last meal of the night, a great way to end the night in a sweet way

I'm using both of those...the preworkout and BCAA. I use the BCAA preworkout and before bed. One serving of that with some caps of GEAR is a nice combo

The preworkout was surprisingly effective at just 4 chews which will give you a full 45 workouts per tub!

I just found out that all of them are zero calories because the calories only come from non absorbing sugar.

Not quite zero calorie, xylitol is a sugar alcohol and carries about 2.4 calories per gram. However, it's not metabolized by insulin, but is processed in the liver. That means it won't spike insulin and give a slow and steady release of energy which makes it great for cutting/dieting.

Xylitol is probably the best sugar alcohol that could be used, the others can cause IBS and other issues, plus xylitol has numerous health benefits.

you can def tell the makers did their homework to make these things the best they could, they could have went the simple way and just added sugar and junk but they didn't

That is good info to know. Especially for those of us on intermittent fasting diets, since spiking insulin is something we try to avoid.
