BLP first good luck.
Second if Im reading this right you want to know if its best to just load carbs, load carbs and fats and whether Id use low glycemic carbs or fruit.
I always use fat and carbs. Reason being when one is very depleted as I know you are on keto once you introduce carbs you will burn through those very quickly the fats will keep them from emptying so quickly and from having your body burn them all up. So fats plus carbs for sure.
Now fruit or low glycemic? I believe low glycemic is the BEST. Why? Fruit as fructose mainly stores only in the liver. We want sources that can also store in the muscle or largely in the muscle. So Id use sweet taters, oats, brown rice, ezekiel bread etc and so forth.
Now there is an advantage to using fast acting carbs at least early in the refeed, those will quickly be stored within the muscle, as you store more carbs and become less insulin sensitive then switch to lower glycemic. For fast acting I like using kids cereals lol. If its show time I just use rice cakes at they are high glycemic.
Sorry I dont know the answer to your insulin question. I know why you want to use and some say loading the carbs with the insulin will make you actually drier but I know nothing about it to advise you.
I hope I helped some though.

Your legs look great bro. If the rest of you is like this then you are ready for sure. I like the leanest that makes that person look their best, so if this is the level where you look your best then thats what I would go with. Your wheels are looking good though.
As for your refeeds Id stick with what is working because its evidently working, if you are dropping to fast though up them as they are what is keepin the weight on you.www.scoobyprep.com

While I was on keto I had to keep my sodium very high so I was cooking/boiling all my meats in soysauce and using mustard, hotsauce, salt, etc.Since I'm switcing to carb cycling will I have to reduce any of those items or leave everything the same or will I end up looking like a beached whale while dieting?

Hey Jason,
Relatively new to the forum not sure if we are allowed to ask questions about proper form but i thought id give it a shot. I recently saw your shoulder work in the iron asylum in which you performed a clean and press movement. I wanted to incorporate this into my own shoulder workout to add some intensity but i was hoping you'd be able to explain the proper form. Getting the bar up to the pressing position seems most confusing. Hopefully you can explain the technique you use.
