I was on your Natty Nutrition website. Would you recommend using Slin-trol while trying to bring my BF down? What protein powder do you use and why do you prefer it, if you down mind me asking? I've been a Beverly man for years, but would like to try something different.

Don't know where to put this question since i dont think you reply here anymore, i asked you in your new thread you started also.
I been dieting for 14 weeks and just had a quick question, do you think its good to think in terms of an 8 day split and do days 1-3 keto, and on 4th day do clean carb up where i bring calories only to maintenance, and then days 5-7 do keto again and then day 8 do another clean carb up where calories are once again maintenance? I been doin this and its been working but just curious if you think only raising to maintence is enough to get metabolism going and maybe slightly fix leptin issue while dieting. Thanks bro.

you answered your own question if its working rock it. I would personally never do that. When I run keto i need a full 6-7 days to deplete it seems to lose any fat. I think my body is slower at processing fats compared to carbs, but if it works for you good deal, use it.

Thanks man, yea its been working but fat loss kinda slowing a bit, keeping all my lifts up though which i guess is good lol. One thing im still wondering is, is only bringing calories to maintenance on the carb up day enough to ramp up the metabolism and fix leptin, thyroid issues while dieting?? thanks again. I know lyle mcdonald reccomends double maintenance for the day of refeed, but i feel as if i'd never make progress doing that, curious on your input.

What's up again man?
Got another simple question, wondering your opinion.
When you Calculate macros for (Cooked) Chicken breast or (Cooked) Red meat like top round london broil, what do you calculate the calories and macro breakdown as?
Like what would 3oz chicken breast be, or 3oz red meat?? Thanks man.
Im really wondering about this because every website i look at has a different answer, and some vary so differently its kinda annoying.
