lol you guys are crazy. This is why we can't have nice things.
Like Boob said, I am crazy busy between school, applying to graduate school, and answering product questions on another site.
Still training hard. Switched mindsets a little a few weeks back and am focusing on slowly trying to drop some weight and get myself to a good point to start gaining again. I was up to 220 at my peak. Down to 218 now and look better already. Dropped some food and added a healthy amount of cardio. Nothing crazy.
Here is a leg session from today. Am home for fall break so I changed up my workout pace a bit because I wasn't comfortable going heavy as I was lifting earlier than I usually do, on a different day than I usually do legs, and am at my hometown gym which I haven't been at since middle of august. I also wanted to take adantage of some equipment my school rec lacks (adductor, seated curls, and leg press). Rests were shorter.
10-11-14 Legs
Seated Leg Curls/Adductor Machine
140x8+12 partials/Sets of 20 for 4 rounds
Leg Press (wide and duck stance. No lockout)/Leg Ext (toes up and pointed in a bit. Only worked top half of the motion with a hard squeeze)
10/10 for 4 rounds
BB Back Squat (No locking out besides a little on the last set. Deep as I could go.)

185x12
225x10
275x8
BB SLDL (Lowered until a minor stretch, then squeezed glutes hard and held for a sec at the top. Used 25s as plates.)

Seated Calves

Horizontal Leg Press Calves
