    Thanks guys. I've been trying to start my personal training business while looking for prime locations to open up my gym. It's extremely tough and competitive tho!

    Cool. Are you going to open a private by appointment only studio or a full run of the mill gym? I ran a gym several years ago...I know it's tough so wish you luck in getting started!..Also, just used your discount code on TN so hopefully help get you some free supps at some point.

    Appreciate it Todd! I'm gonna open a CF type gym, which is VERY hard to do in SoCal, as it has the highest CF gym density per capita in the world. I want to offer private sessions and obviously classes. We're gonna offer possibly and a few other things to differentiate ourselves.

    Nowadays I do pro/fat 3 meals a day, with a PC meal PWO. simple and effective!

    everyone is different. reefed parameters depend on multiple factors including insulin sensitivity, level of leanness, metabolism, level of glycogen depletion, etc.

    I started with a prescribed number of meals back in my early days, then progressed to a "refeed window" (as per Skip Hill's recommendation) whereby I prescribed a set number of hours for this window in which one would eat all the carbohydrate-rich foods he could COMFORTABLY handle in that time frame. Note: this window assumes ample hydration levels as well- this is important in terms of both accurately gauging satiety (for example, if I drink one liter of fluids in my 12 hour refeed window, I'm obviously gonna be able to consume more carbs, whereas drinking a gallon of water would force me to take in fewer carbs) as well as facilitating more efficient digestion (stomach being able to empty faster=more carbs able to be consumed). So the refeed is all about balance and moderation, really. It takes years to get it down to a science.

    This!!! This diet is a work in progress for you when you decide to go this route. My advice in the begining is to take notes not only on what you eat for the day, but how you feel, how you feel when training, and how you look. I know it sounds complicated at first, but it really is very simple.

    Need help with my diet I need to fix something's up!!
    last time I diet with success was in 2009. I'm looking to get ripped for the summer! Here is my diet. I'm 314 right now looking to get to 250



    Meal 1
    6 whole eggs


    Meal 2
    8 oz chicken
    1 cup green beans


    Meal 3
    8 oz chicken
    1 cup green beans


    Meal 4
    8oz ground turkey

    i tried to set it to a 150g of fat thru the whole plan.. counting fat from protein so i would go over if i added in meal 2/3
