Here is what my diet looks like
Meal 1
6 whole eggs
1 scoop whey isolate
Meal 2
9 oz chicken
2 oz cashews
Meal 3
9 oz chicken
2 oz cashews
Meal 4
9 oz ground turkey
2 Teaspoon olive oil
Meal 5
2 scoops whey isolate
2oz cashews
Meal 6
8oz steak
2 teaspoons olive oil
Total
Calories:3265 protein:362
Fat:180 carb:

Hey Folks, long time lurker here and need some help....Been doing keto for about 11 weeks and saw fat loss come to a halt, so I started pro/veg 2 weeks ago, I look like crap but feel fine. Trouble is fat loss came to a halt again, although I'm coming off a 2 week clen run, so thats prolly a factor.
I'm wondering if I should cycle the pro/veg days while I run clen and do pro/fat during the 2 weeks off clen.
My cardio is already at 2 hrs a day/liss and unfortunatley I think I've run out of options but not where I want to be bodyfat wise. I can't run yohimbe due to nasty sides either. Also I'm 45yo so I'm sure that works against me too.
Any help would be greatly appriciated, thanks in advance

I am glad this thread is still here..The threads on MD with Dave back in the day used the be awesome and of course Joe/Myth and few others were always just pure education.
So my question for the the now slow thread:
When on a keto what is the best accepted lifting practices.
Not looking for someone to build me a workout just looking for what worked for others.
Ex. Obviously the 10x10 method would not be smart

I apologize if this has been covered before but I have a few questions I hope someone wouldn't mind answering a few questions. Ive done keto diets before for bodybuilding and always had great results, and more than that, I always felt really good. I want to shift my offseason diet to a higher calorie version of my contest diet..So these are my questions
Right now my bw is 196 dry...I can post up some recent pics if need be.
I train very late at night and my PWO meal is my last meal of the day...Can I use a moderate protein (240g) higher fat (100g or more) diet during the day and include carbs only PWO without stalling muscle gains?
Or...would it be more effective to keep carbs in my pre and post meals but eliminating them the in my other 5 meals?...I eat 7 meals a day
Or...Can I do a high cal keto diet during the week (240g Pro and 100g or more fat) and have a reefed meal or reefed day every 7-10 days?
