Already mentioned but need to reiterate that it's MILLIGRAMS!! Gram doses of yohimbine would be extremely dangerous and could kill you.
Start LOW with yohimbine!!! 1 2.5mg cap per day is enough to start out with and you can increase gradually as your body gets used to it. Yohimbine can be a nasty stimulant and it's my LEAST favorite in terms of side effects. First time I took it I took 24mg throughout the day and I didn't sleep for TWO days and felt like I was going to have a heart attack (while popping massive painful boners all day).

I'd say go for high dose fish oil and Napalm first and see how that does. 1g fish oil per 10 lbs bwt at least.

I drink over a gallon a day, sometimes prolly close to two. Sea salt all my meals, generally only get 2 servings of veggies a day but I continue to use Metamucil. Anyway, took some stool softner today, see if that helps and if not I'll get the mag citrate, thanx. Ordered the Hot Rox, gonna give it a try after I'm done with Lipolyze. That Napalm stuff your talkin about, I dunno, just seems a lil too good to be true to me..

cheat meal last night: 16 inch pizza just cheese and grilled chicken me and my g/f shared (she only ate like 3-4 pieces so I maned up, LOL) 4 cinnamon rolls w/2 glasses fat free milk. MMMMMMMMMMMM I was so fucking full, DELICIOUS!
