    3 total pumps put where ever you want. Although I've done more than 3 pumps just fine. I stand behind this stuff for working well to lean out legs and ab area.

    Already mentioned but need to reiterate that it's MILLIGRAMS!! Gram doses of yohimbine would be extremely dangerous and could kill you.

    Start LOW with yohimbine!!! 1 2.5mg cap per day is enough to start out with and you can increase gradually as your body gets used to it. Yohimbine can be a nasty stimulant and it's my LEAST favorite in terms of side effects. First time I took it I took 24mg throughout the day and I didn't sleep for TWO days and felt like I was going to have a heart attack (while popping massive painful boners all day).

    I'd say go for high dose fish oil and Napalm first and see how that does. 1g fish oil per 10 lbs bwt at least.

    i think this has been asked but is cottage cheese ok on keto i found some with 3 carbs a serving?

    If you gotta have it then its fine to eat. Its good to eat before bed you just have to make sure you dont go too high for your overall net carbs for the day.

    Another Question: It seems since I went back to the norm diet after 4 weeks of pr/veg pr/fat (And didn't have this prob while doin so) I am "stopped up" so to speak. Dunno what the deal is, I usually am only able to get in 2 servings of veggies throughout my day b/c of work and I haven't quit takin my fiber or anything. What should I do? I'm kinda scared to take a laxative cuz I don't wanna just shit out EVERYTHING I've ate..thanx.

    Make sure you drink enough water, get enough salt, and eat veggies. If you still have issues then maybe some magnesium citrate could help get things moving. Walking also helps keep you regular.

    I drink over a gallon a day, sometimes prolly close to two. Sea salt all my meals, generally only get 2 servings of veggies a day but I continue to use Metamucil. Anyway, took some stool softner today, see if that helps and if not I'll get the mag citrate, thanx. Ordered the Hot Rox, gonna give it a try after I'm done with Lipolyze. That Napalm stuff your talkin about, I dunno, just seems a lil too good to be true to me..

    cheat meal last night: 16 inch pizza just cheese and grilled chicken me and my g/f shared (she only ate like 3-4 pieces so I maned up, LOL) 4 cinnamon rolls w/2 glasses fat free milk. MMMMMMMMMMMM I was so fucking full, DELICIOUS!
