Frosty, I don't really gotta worry about too much protein in the cheat meal do I? I mean I'm sure there was a shitload in the pizza considerin all the cheese and they weren't shy with the chicken, then the two glasses of FF milk with the cinnamon rolls..

Hey frosty and myth do you do keto year round or do you also have a bulking period? If you do bulk what is your diet and intake ratios usually like. Also what's a typical day on your keto diet look like. Thanks.

Low carb year round for me now. Gaining weight just means more calories and I start eating more animal fats and the fat ratio is a bit higher. 50-60% fat. To gain whatever meat I want...pork, chicken, beef, eggs, cheeses, protein powder...and pretty much whatever animal protein I get my hands on.

Do any of you guys know of a chewing gum that would be acceptable for Keto? Can't find anything without sugar alcohols.

Calories are whatever it takes to gain mass at a decent rate. Carbs are only used if training rep ranges and volume dictate it. Every week it's a refeed and the amount depends on the results but it's generally a lot.
A normal day would consist of lots of whole eggs, protein powder, lots of beef and chicken and very often good amounts of pork. Some low carb veggies here and there but generally not much. Cheese I can add to meals if I want. Fats can be from some nuts, butter, whatever is in the meats and eggs, cream, cheeses, avocado, olive oil, etc.
Generally it might look like this:
Meal 1 - eggs or meat
Meal 2 - Shake
Meal 3 - meat (beef, pork, chicken)
Meal 4 - shake
Meal 5 - meat
Meal 6 - shake
Meal 7 - meat

Tell him to either stop being a little girl or just don't do the diet. You'll lose some fullness on the diet but who gives a rat's ass. If your ego is so fragile that it's damaged by not being super full then tell him that he's a little girl and the diet is not for him okay?

Never used tryptophan because it's more expensive than 5-HTP, but I have used and do like 5-HTP. It seems to be more helpful on a keto diet than a carb diet.
