How could you eat that many carbs bro what would you be eating I find it hard to get that many in when bulking. What would you be eating and would that go up if you were eating 7 meals in a day

Alright cool. I wana thank you for introducing the correct refeed to me as compared to the cheat feed that I was doing before. After doing the refeed compared to doing a cheat feed I feel that ive made alot of improvement. I could def tell that im starting to dry out. More veins, more detailed abs and I dropped all the weight from the carb up. I will have to see what my weight comes down to on sat (my next refeed). I dont know what my bodyfat % is but im starting to see veins in my lower abs and ive got striations in my triceps. Last week I did a 10 1/2 hour refeed. At first I started off strong I had like 1,400 calories (but I limited myself) then 1,200 calories (limited myself again) by the time I got to my last meal #6 all i could put down was 1 cup of oatmeal lol. So my question is should I just stick with 4 meals and eat as many carbs as I possibly can in those 4 meals?
One more thing how was working with skip?

What would you guys recommend for me to do since in september I will be traveling to virginia for 2 weeks and more than likely wont have access to any cooking tools? All shakes or what? Thanks for the help!

Lots of shakes and McDonald's grilled chicken sandwiches without mayo...2 of those with just the meat will get the job done for a meal.

1) I cannot get my heart rate to go above 110-115 when i use the tredmill and thats all my new training partner likes to do. Is this too low?
2) Can i train bodyparts 2x a week while in keto. I usally do train bodyparts 2x a week but i was thinking if i depleted the muscle the first workout and hit again before the re-feed it would bad.

Soon as I get my bodyfat % down I will make an attempt to beat you. Haha. I do the same thing with the protein shakes. I make huge slushies out of them so they fill up. You are absolutely right about the refeed being the best type of fat burner. I woke up today (Wed) 153.4 and I was 153.6 (Sat) the day of my refeed and I was even shocked to see that on a scale on refeed day. Hopefully Ill keep dropping and bring myself closer to beating your refeeds haha

Okay I need a little elaboration on this here...
Pound veggies on keto? How can I do that too? Before embarking on this diet I was eating 5oz grilled chicken and a giant bowl of brocolli for nearly every meal. Dinner was a giant omlette with 3 bricks of forzen veggies (broc & spin). I was all about food volume. Low fat, low carbs, high protien, lots of veggies. I dont think I was in ketosis though. But I loved it!! And I would love to be able to eat a shitton of broccoli again.
Secondly, would you mind explaining the difference between the clean refeed day and the nasty cheat meal insofar as its effect on the body? I think I might prefer a cleaner reefed day than a big nasty meal. I would much rathar eat oatmeal, sweet potatoes, veggies and whole grains all day than a pizza in one sitting. If the calories are the same, what is the difference? And is there a reason for the low fat?
thanks - I read through the first 20 pages of this thread and learned alot but I dont think I can do another 40!

Haha alright im working on training up to it. Another month or two and we will see. This week im gona shoot towards 1,500 in 10-12 hours then slowly Ill creep up. lol.
On a side note when I go on this cruise in 4 weeks I was thinking about just doing the same thing im doing. Staying on keto but with higher calories and continuing to do what im doing cause I already paid for the food so I mine as well eat it. What do you guys think?

Thanks for the reply I read the blog will give it a shot we cannot get some of that stuff in ireland but I am sure I will get something simiular
