Your body will adapt to the diet either way. If you have the carbs a little sooner it just takes a little more time to get strong adaptation. Even with the 2 weeks wait it'll take 4-5 weeks for a strong adaptation. If you really wanted to accelerate adaptation then just go 3-4 weeks with no carbs Poliquin seems to think 12 days is fine, so it's not like there is a magic number of *definitely* 2 weeks that you HAVE to follow. This diet is a bit more flexible than it's made out to be.

Do you make/mix your own custom blend, or just buy one they've made. I'm just a little lost..If you do make your own, how much of each do you use?

Frosty, is it a bad idea to go low fat on the day of my cheat meal?? I dont have it the last meal because me and my cousion go out in the late afternoon. Its like my 3rd meal and afterwards ive always went low fat. Im wondering if i should do that or not.

I was just wondering if it would be ok to use Kool Aid Unsweetend packets with crystal light since there isn't anything in them no maltodextrin no nothing really
