    What are you mixing? The cold filtered isolate is zero carb and so is the micellar casein.

    Do you make/mix your own custom blend, or just buy one they've made. I'm just a little lost..If you do make your own, how much of each do you use?

    x2, Lyle Mcdonald wrote in his book "The Ketogenic Diet" it takes over 30 days do be in a deep ketogenic state.

    Frosty, is it a bad idea to go low fat on the day of my cheat meal?? I dont have it the last meal because me and my cousion go out in the late afternoon. Its like my 3rd meal and afterwards ive always went low fat. Im wondering if i should do that or not.

    I make my own. 65% cold filtered whey 35% micellar casein.

    And anecdotally people seem to notice that around week 5 the diet becomes much much easier.

    I have to agree with this 100%. Frosty quick question.... Do you feel that people worry extremly to much if they are in keto state after refeeds rather then just being worried about being in a calorie deficent the day after?

    Yes. Ketosis or strong ketosis is not needed to lose fat on low carb diets. It's totally over-rated.

    I was just wondering if it would be ok to use Kool Aid Unsweetend packets with crystal light since there isn't anything in them no maltodextrin no nothing really

    Yes that's okay. Not ideal health-wise but okay. I use it with vanilla protein to make some cool protein shakes.

    Which flavor of crystal light doesn't have malto? I checked out three or four flavors yesterday and they all had it so I passed.
