Dude I feel like shit. I've been in bed all day. Farting like mad, feeling like shit, and burping up the taste of those chocolate covered nuts I had for my cheat. What the fuck was wrong with them?? This fuckin sucks.

Fuck this shit man. I have a new plan I will share. This is a good hard lesson for me and perhaps I can help out other people and help them avoid this kind of set back especially if they're getting ready for a show where you can't afford it.
From now on I'm doing the SAME cheat every week. I'm going to In and Out Burger and eating 3-4 Double Doubles and that's IT. Same thing every week. This way I will prevent trying new things that can fuck me up like this. Fuck this shit it pisses me off! A total day wasted. Thank goodness I have the day off work.
I choose In and Out because they only use fresh foods. Never frozen ingredients, and they NEVER microwave the meat. Just good fresh burgers that I know taste good and won't fuck me up.
So lesson is, be careful with cheats and trying all kinds of different foods that look and sound good. You may run into eating things that can fuck you up and set you back for the week. I was talking to a buddy that had the same issue...said he got fucked up from eating at Burger King late at night for his cheat. Find something that you really enjoy and is decent food and stick with it since you know it works!!!

Just a little random thoughts here on things I've learned.
-Don't drink diet soda right before, during, or right after your meals. It fucks up digestion.
-The reason you get fish oil burps is because the oil isn't broken up into smaller digestible parts. I've blended up lemon fish oil into a strawberry shake (tasted good) and ZERO burping. If I take the fish oil in my mouth and then a drink of protein and swish it around together in my mouth I also do not get burps. I would bet you probably digest the fish oil better if you do something like this vs. just drinking oil or taking capsules.
-If you do protein/veggie days for me I noticed I sleep better if I have some fat with the last meal. Perhaps this reduces stress hormones and allows better sleep.
-Dieting hard really depletes zinc status.
-If you use stimulants it seems easier on the body not to take a good dose of them on an empty stomach in the morning.
-While fasted cardio is effective, if you have adrenal problems I recommend against it.
-Your weight training affects your fat loss. I don't care what anyone says...they say lifting is just about maintaining muscle but this is bullshit. I lose fat better doing 5x6 on big lifts than I do using higher reps.
-Following this, when cutting use rep ranges that build muscle in order to maintain muscle.
-Cut the fluff in training when dieting. The vast majority of your weight training should be big compound lifts and mostly free weights.
-Listen to your body. If your body is begging you for some rest one night, don't be foolish and be "hardcore" by just pushing through and doing a bunch of cardio. Sometimes just resting is better than pushing the body too far. But you have to really know when your body is saying this and not just be lazy.
-If you are feeling super run down sometimes you just need to take a week and cut the number of sets you do for weights by 40-60%. Keep the weights the same or add weight, just cut the number of sets. I've used this myself and had others do it and when done when needed it works wonders and can help keep you going strong on the diet instead of getting run down and getting bad insomnia.
-Sleep is vital on a cutting diet, especially the leaner you get and deeper you are in the diet. Do whatever you have to do to get in good sleep.
-Don't skip on sleep to get in extra cardio!!!!
-Walking is more effective for fat loss than the exercise bike. Never walk on a treadmill with no incline since all you're doing is moving your legs under you instead of having some resistance. Walking on flat ground offers resistance because your legs have to propel your body forward.

Frosty, apprectiate all the tips man. You do an awesome job on this thread bro and it sux you're sick as hell.
Here's some pics for you guys new to the diet for a little motivation and to stick with it. I wish I had some when I first started the diet LOL. I took the bulkin idea a lil far. Anyway, the first is from today at prolly 18 weeks, the second is around 10-12 I would say..

What are some reccommended fat burners that can be taken on the diet? Only stimulant free...? Im not using anything currently and want to ramp up the process.
