Hi frosty,
I'm going to be starting a keto plan, can you please help me out I've been reading this thread and your adivce is sound. I will be incorporating some cardio and strenght traing. Also would you advise on cycling clen at the begining stag of the plan or just wait.

Bud definitely hold off on the clen IF you ever touch it. At your weight you can definitely start off on the regular Palumbo Diet but as far as the cheat meal goes make it VERY moderate once a week. A bowl of oats and berries, a steak and yam....that kind of thing. Big meals will likely set you back.

Basic stuff for the most part:
-Fish oil with meals
-Borage oil with last meal
-Whey protein for meals 2 and 4(with fiber and Mg citrate)
-BCAA with creatine mono (pre-workout)
-Multivitamin
-zinc (with meat meals)
-Biotest Hot Rox with first 3 meals
-20% Banaba extract with 3 meals early

Frosty,
can you please tell me what supps to take while on the Keto?....and how much Luecine should I incorporate ? And would it be okay to do an extra chicken meal instead of all the eggs?

Take somewhere around 20g of fish oil per day and yes you can replace the eggs with chicken. Whey, fish oil, and a multi is really all you need at this point.

Hey frosty or anyone that has a clue, what do you know about Usnic acid is it safe it you use it as the recomended doses in lipolyze? or should I just ask Dave...

Frosty, what is the point in the fatty protein meal? It's my fav meal of the day, but just curious about its purpose I guess and why it's diff than any other meal? Lately I've been thinkin about puttin some cheese on the ground beef (like 2%)...what you think about that, seein as that would add prolly another 7 grams of protein but less than one carb.

I have been prepping for the start of my keto diet. I feel if I have everything ready and dont have to scramble to get things I will stay the course.
-Isolyze 4lb choclate
-Fiberlyze
-NSI Mega EFA Omega3
-Carlson Super DHA
-GNC Vita-pak
The food will come on the day before I start. Can substitue Almond butter or Mac butter instead of Peanut butter? and do I need to put oil in the shake??...
