Anyone know any good condiments for Chicken and Lean Ground Beef? I was using ketchup and bbq sauce before the keto diet but those are out the window now.

Mustard, Hot sauce, soy sauce, etc.
Some Walden Farms products.

Also, make sure to check the ingredients in different kinds of mustard mixes....sometimes they sneak a little sugar in certain ones.

that sounds awesome. Regular supermarket carries it? Also, I use Yellow mustard (cheapest on the shelf) which has zero calories - but the serving size is a tsp. How may trace cals you think it has?
Also, with the yellow mustard what I like to do is empty half the bottle into another bottle and cut them both with water (50/50). Ill add some PURE stevia and viola... honey mustard dressing. You can also add stuff like curry powder, liquid smoke, cumin, sazon, cayenne pepper... all this stuff makes for some interesting dressings. I also water down the Walden products. The flavor goes further and you cut the trace cals in half (or double your portion depending on how you look at it).
I was wondering what everyone thinks of Nutritional Yeast. Apparently it can be used to add a "cheesy" flavor to food (I am thinking mac n cheese with miracle noodles). It has 60cals per 16g (2heaping tbsps), 5g carbs, 9g protien. I figure I'd use half a serving. Anyone ever try it?

Frosty,
Do you think I should go 3 weeks before I do a cheat, Right know I feel pretty good, not really hungry only after my morning cardio.
