    Don't deny yourself the cheat meal. You gotta have it so the diet works properly and you don't go nuts.

    Since yesterday I started to feel more energetic, more stamina.
    And I like how lean I'm getting each day. So no cheat meal for this week.

    If you miss out your cheat meal, you then run the risk that you'll plateau sooner rather than later - you'll (if you compete) need something left in the tank. The cheat meal in the diet wasn't included as an afterthought but something that is crucial to it's long term success.

    I read on Dave Draper page that until you get to your ideal body weight(at week 4th) you can not do the carb load.

    I'm trying to emulate the guy, look at how good used to look.

    Dave got a very informative site about keto diet.

    How fo I recognise that I'm on a planteau?
    I don't think I rich that limitation at the moment, since my energy levels are higher than ever and getting leaner each day.

    2 teaspoons a day would last about 35 days, that's 9g of cod liver oil a day.

    I don't see anything wrong with not doing a cheat for the first 4 weeks. You'll adapt faster this way.

    No biggie either way. It's pretty flexible.

    hey frost, what's your honest opinion of Lipolyze and Somalyze? Reason I ask is they're marketed as non-stimulant based fat burners, but lipolyze contains green tea extract, an obvious stimulant. Your thoughts?

    You'd have to be pretty sensitive to get a stimulant effect from green tea, assuming it isn't decaffeinated (not sure on that).

    Otherwise I think it's a decent fat burner, but a tad expensive. I like non-stimulants myself personally. Some people they burn out too fast on stims when dieting especially, myself included. Not everyone is like that, though, but I still agree with not using a lot of stimulants

    Ok Frosty, in the case I allow myself to do the carb meal (chest meal), how much carb I must be eating during that day? is there a value to multiple per my weight? or just eat 100gr? or 150gr?

    I'm planning that my carb load day is going to be the same carb I use pre contest "rice cakes".

    What do you think?

    1.5kcals/gram. While this amount is miniscule in itself, it all depends how much supplemental fibre a person uses over the course of a day.
    Scott Connelly also states in Body RX that soluble fibre is fermented by the good bacteria into short chain fatty acids which are used as an energy source but of course Scott's program does not concern itself with exceptionally low levels of carbs.
