Yeah that was my first month on the diet. Also I have a question. If i wanted to play raquetball on the weekend, what should I do to help not lose muscle? I read somewhere that Dave had an outline for people doing high intensity cardio on this diet, but I couldn't find it.

Damn dude that's on hell of an improvement! I just started dieting last week for my shows. Got a few NGA shows lined up June 5th and 12th and another one July 10th.
