Should I wait 2 weeks before having my cheat meal, if before hand I was taking in lower carbs too?

hi everyone! Got a new product for you all to try - fiber wise
from lifesource foods - Oat Fiber 500. I bought some from netrition.com to try it out.
It has 0 carbs - all fiber, but unlike phusk it is just like flour. EXACTLY!!!!
I actually made a "cake" using my protein powder, egg whites, and stevia to sweeten - it tasted great - my 6 year old loved it even!
I will post the recipie if you guys are interested - makes the pancakes even better too!!!

okay so for cake... (will be about 20 squares)
oven at 325
you will need a 9 x 13 baking pan or close to it
mix all of this in a bowl then pour into pan and bake for about 30 minutes
1 cup egg whites
2 scoops protein powder (I used opt whey vanilla)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp bakers yeast
2 cup oat fiber
2 tbsp p husk
1/2 cup water (maybe a little less - pour in and stir till batter like)
sweeten to taste - I used toffee flavored steevia drops and sweet & low liquid
experiment with it... but this is what I did and it came out just like cake!
Can imagine LOTS of variations for this!

Amy, is it gritty from the psyllium husk? Because I found benefiber to be a better alternative.

no it is not gritty at all - but go for the benefiber - would work too - keeps it moist.
The oat fiber is just like flour though - amazing. I'm going to make "muffins" next...

I did see on the netrition site that some people mentioned the quality to be finer of this one - not sure if true or not, but something to be aware of.
