Hey i got nuttin against keto, i did it for a while, nd i was just doin it for a month but decided to do more of a carb protein diet, nd dont you guys miss the massive pumps while eating low carbs??
On keto i never got a pump, i always looked flat or just strange looking. While eating low carbs i look rediuclous while workin out and i get insane pumps. My question is, dont you guys miss this feeling lol??

I still get great pumps. Creatine and sodium my friend. That delivers just like a carbohydrate meal. I drink creatine and aminos during my workout and it helps too. I train heavy with low reps as well.

I was doin the same thing, for some reason it just wasnt doin it for me. I was sea saltin every meal nd creatine twice a day. I dunno i guess w/e works for you.

I made these cinnamon ginger...
here it goes...
oven to 350 bake for 25 minutes
makes 24 muffins
I mix all ingredients in a blender - easy and fast!!
1/2 cup water
1 cup oat fiber
2 tbsp p husk
3 eggs
1/4 cup egg whites
2 scoops whey (I did vanilla)
cinnamon, ginger, steevia to taste
