Lift every other day, regardless of what day of the week. I go for a 20-30 minute walk at lunch ~3 x a week and usually do a whopping 10 minutes after maybe 7 out of every 10 workouts.
I avoid cardio as much as possible. If I don't feel like doing it, I don't. Still slowly losing weight.

Lifting Monday thru Friday. 10 min cardio warm up each day. Still loosing weight. Soon as it slows I'm putting feet to pavement. Hate cardio, should be doing it now.

Weight 4 days a week...Cardio 3-5 day 30-60 minutes HR <130 BPM

Weights(Olympic&Power Lifting) 3-4 times a week, HIIT cardio 3-4 times a week Both Morning
30min Low intensity cardio every night
500mg DNP, 200mcg T3, 20mg Yohimbine HCL & Green TE, this shit is fucking KILLING ME!
But I love it

I'm pretty sure I'm starting a log in the "Men's Training Journal" Foru, the DNP+T3+Yohimbine are for the next 30days only, after that no more BBing drugs/herbs of any kind and I have't use ANY recreational drugs(Alcohol,weed, cigs, caffeine) a long time and never will again.

Hey guys- my daughter shared the stomach flu with me. I don't know what to do or eat. This is my 9th week on Daves keto. I'm probably going to throw up anything I do eat- ugh! Any suggestions???

Out of convinence i do my breakfast meal twice a day which is 5 whole eggs and 4 egg whites and 1 tblespoon of physillium husk. Do you think this will be a over kill cholestrol wise?

Im 5 days in guys on Daves 155 pound diet.
Im SO friggen tired, i feel really run down and im drinking like 3 shakers worth of water in the gym now. Safe to say keto is kicked in?
I also lift 5 days a week and do 45 - 1 hour fasted cardio every morning.
