Ashley Lemmons -- NPC Rising Star!

I did a little interview with NPC Figure Superstar, Ashley Lemmons. If you guys/gals wanna check it out, I think you'll find a great read. Ashley recently competed at the 2011 NPC Junior Nationals, placing 3rd in a class that produced the night's overall winner.

She's a hardworking athlete that's poised to go pro. If you had any idea what her schedule looks like, it reads like that of a highly sought after pro. Photo shoots, training, clean eating, and just a totally awesome person.

Oh yeah.. and that midsection (abs, obliques) -- FLAWLESS

She has everything she'll need to be a successful pro, but it's the actually getting that pro card that's going to be the question. She's already absolutely amazing with her fans, she's got the physique, and she's got the discipline to do the work work and diet.

With my blog, I'm seeing many talented girls with the potential to take the Figure and Bikini worlds by storm. The only difference here, is that Ashley could walk onto a pro stage right now and snag Top 6 placings.

On another note...
Did you guys/gal hear the latest Vpx Shotgun show? I'm going to make a thread here in a bit so look out for that. I think Cathy LeFrancois made a VERY gutsy (but powerful) statement on the state of FBB.
