cuz cardio sucks, and i dont think its just slowing my metabolism being i dropped 20lbs so far... u can create the deficit however u want if i ate 2500 cals and did 1000 cals burnt from cardio its still a deficit...
was just debating or asking if i should do some sort of small amount of cardio to drop the last 10lbs or soNot on a Keto diet

Just do some cardio my man. The results will show quicker and kick start that fat burning

thinking walk my dog every day is what i will do... and then days i do real cardio i will up calories depending on how intense it is...

People get lazy doing cardio. I think the trick in the puddhing is keeping cardio 4-5x a week changing it up from HIIT, LISS etc. I like HIIT because I like going home with my butt kicked from the gym + cardio. Hell if I kept cardio from last year off-season I can't imagine how more leaner/vascular and in shape I would've been.

I also would eat dramatically less calories (especially carbs) on off-days since not much activity. For me I am able to put on fat easily so I think keeping cardio in consistently, training with high-volume, high-intensity. Would be perfect
