Beginner routine 3 day split 6 days a week? Training that ridiculously high volume all natural I think would be counter-productive...I didn't read the whole thing, I imagine he must have included the part about being on dbols from the age of 15 right?.....?

possibly that was from a PDF file, so i had to convert and resize them all.. they were all over 1 meg each, huge pics

When people brush off Arnold's volume, please keep in mind that he gradually worked up to huge workloads over many years. Of course if you train 5x5 once a week and jump into 2-4 hours a day of volume you'll destroy yourself.

If you're referring to me, I never said anything bad about the volume, but it clearly states BEGINNER mass program. If you tried to jump into a program like that without dating miss Diana Bol, you would cry like a child and quit. We all know he was pounding ms.Bol Doggie style since he was a young lad.

Exactly, if there weren't actualy pictures of all these drawings, I probably wouldn't believe that someone could look like that...the same could be said for a lot of bodybuilders though, for some reason, seeing a drawing of them makes them look that much more impressive
