And do you guys remember his winning speech last Olympia when he was answering Arnold's questions? He said that he trains the bare minimum while taking hydroxycut. Thanks Dex, if we barely train and buy some crappy stuff we might have a chance to be in your shoes? With that speech, he had no respect for the fan and the crowd. For me, at that point, it was already over. I don't respect someone who does not respect the sport and the fans. These opportunities to speak to a crowd at the O are priceless for the sport. And Dexter Jackson said the worst possible things that night. It was a real joke. And of course, now that Dex is Mr O, he is nowhere to be seen. Ok, maybe one appearance there and there but come on. Could it be any worse?

No, it couldn't be any worse. Literally not if Hitler himself became MR. O, could it be any worse. Dexter winning the competition is exactly the same manner every other winner did before him is pretty much the worst thing to happen in the history of mankind.

And the fact that he endorsed a product he is paid to endorse is just a fucking LIBERTY.

Frankly, cancer is too good for Dexter Jackson.

It looks as if he can maintain like no other, and deliver every year, but a champion should blaze a path of some sort every year, and with all of his showings, he has not really shown that. I would not say he is champion material. A damn good bodybuilder, for sure. But when you think about the impact that Arnold, Lee, Ronnie, and even short lived champions like Frank... those were champions. Those were Mr. Olympias.

Even some of the should-have-beens have had a better presence than Dexter.

I think if you truly knew bodybuilding you could see he made changes every year. But I agree he always has that crazy conditioning.

Judging from his demeanor, I believe he's very standoffish. In contrast, Jay and Ronnie seemed to be very approachable. I read years back that en route to becoming a pro, Dexter's wife worked 3 jobs to support his bodybuilding lifestyle, while of course he did nothing but his bodybuilding. I don't have any respect for a man that could sit back and watch his significant other work herself to death for his own selfish cause. I have a lot of respect for the fact that Ronnie was able to win Mr. Olympia while working a full time job.

Some here, some there... but nothing that just truly stands out... at least to me.

But then again, maybe I also do not pay enough attention to really notice.

.. this is what i believe.. after the 08 Arnold Dex said that if he doesnt win the "O" he's aint gonna compete anymore.. i think the judges wanted Jay to win but he was off and had no choice but to give it to Jay. Dexter is not a marketable person like ronnie or Jay.. I believe that Jay even though he wasnt in 2001 condition will go down as one of the best marketable and weel represented person for this sport.

I do remember reading it some years back in an issue of muscle mag international, and I believe the interview was with Dexter himself. I'm going to look to see if I can find the exact details.
