Curt's Chain'd Out Journal
I've been using Chain'd Out courtesy of Rx Muscle's very own The Big Sexy for the past week. TBS showed ALRI Mercy on my soul and sent out a 90-servings tub of Blue Raspberry.
Thank you, Lou.
Check out more ALRI products @
The first thing I noticed on opening the container was there was next to zero settling. Most know to expect 3/4 or only a half-filled container of anything due to settling, but Chain'd Out was filled to the brim.
Also noticed what's labeled as a silica packet, a moisture absorbent gizmo resting on the top layer of the container. I remembered heavyiron's review of the product where he mentioned some minor clumping issues. This silica packet seems to have erased that issue entirely.
Another item of interest is that the product, imo, tastes delicious. I'm a supplement junkie who typically jokes with retail sales people that at least "wasting" my money on supps prevents me from dropping that cash on booze and cigarettes. I've tasted some horrible supplements, but Chain'd Out is definitely not on that list.
Completed my Super-DMZ Rx cycle and am interested in keeping as much strength and size as I can. As a stick man-type, I figure nutrition is one important variable I can focus on.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

BCAA's are up for debate wrt their efficacy, but I'm going to give them a shot.
I'm online entirely too much and YouTube is a part of that equation. There are several fitness channels I check out regularly. One is the Hodges brothers and the other is Lui Marco.
Here's their perspective on BCAA supplementation.
Hodges dismiss BCAA:
While Marco embraces BCAA's:
The Brothers Hodges present a common sense approach to muscle building and I really enjoy their vids.
Lui Marco is an enthusiastic natural bodybuilder who promotes bodybuilding from that natural perspective, but has recently posted several tributes to the bodybuilders of today and the '80s and '90s. He has also stated, if I'm not mistaken, that if a person is lacking in testosterone that they should supplement as a matter of medical necessity.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

Hey Curt! Why did you close your regular journal?

Regular journal? I have a training journal and then a separate journal for socializing. Both are open, brother.
...
Oh.
Well, looks like I closed the training journal (opened now) by accident. I update my training journal on my phone at the gym. All I can guess is that I hit the wrong button. D'OH!
While I'm here, here's another luimarco BCAA (post workout shake) video!
Btw, ALRI's Chain'd Out was delicious. Awesome product. Thanks to IML's TBS for hooking me up...
three years ago. lol
