What do your macros look like relative to your stats? I'm experimenting with myself and trying to get ideas from others. I'm 6' 195lbs with about 14% BF. Trying to lean up, but keep muscle. Feel free to spill your opinion.

Currently eating:

200-220 Protein
200-250 CHO
60 fats

If it were me I would up the fats and protein and cycle your carbs and see how things are, Starting adding some cardio too
