In Europe we have only diet soda, gums and few hard candy kinds (Alpenliebe)

Here in USA I discovered few kinds of sugarfree and fatfree jello - orange, strawberry and lime... and popsicles - sugarfree and fat free too... I am here addicted to popsicles - especially in Vegas heat!

Sometimes a handful of skittles is all I need after dinner to suppress my sweet tooth !

Have you seen PowerChews (www.powerchews.com)? They're candies like sweet tarts made with Xylitol, so no insulin response and low cal, and they also come with different supplements (BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, Pre Workout). I've tried their BCAA, they taste good and they definitely help curb my sweet tooth (my biggest weakness). The other nice thing is they're very portable.

I like the mint chocolate chip gum, and also, COFFEE. I'll have a nice cup of decaf flavored coffee, you can use the sugar free powdered creamer (only 30cals/TBSP) and its so good! I use decaf if its after 5pm.

The Dessert Delight gum is good, particularly the Mint Chocolate Chip. I tried the Key Lime Pie and I was disappointed, flavor doesn't last long at all, and it gets really rubbery fast.

Anyone tried the other flavors?
