stomach pains
This is more of a embarrassing topic, but hopefully someone knows what im talking about!! Ive been feeling terribly bloated for the past 2 months? im eating and exercising a ton! Im training for a competition so I couldnt possibly be eating any healthier, but i feel like crap because of my stomach pains and bloating..My trainer and i are thinking i could be lactose? So a couple days ago I cut out all my dairy, hopefully this was the problem!! I feel alot better now, but if this doesnt help it im not sure what to do. Doctors are no help, they tell me to eat brocolie and drink coffee? okay?..lol Has anyone else had this problem? I am doing a colon cleanse next week :S nervvousss
Like said this topic is a little embarrassing but hopefully someome can help me out!

I had this problem to and found out I have a glucose sensitivity. You may want to check that road out!
I take probiotics and don't eat a ton of dairy....I am not lactose intolerant but it does give me gas!
Keep us posted on what you find out!

^^ What they said. Its also possible you have a gluten sensitivity - tho if its not been an issue, may not be -- but just exploring those types of things that cause gas.
Another issue is a lot of broccoli, kale, cauliflower and these types of leafy greens - they have a sugar in them that we dont' have an enzyme to break down - so yea, they're fiber, but a lot of it can cause the bloating --> Get digestive enzymes! They're cheap!
Probiotics also help w/ digestion.
And yes, I'd probably leave the dairy out of your diet as you get closer to your showdate anyway.
If you have an upset stomach (e.g. digesting protein shakes), ginger root also helps. We suggest it on the scuba charters when people who are prone to sea sickness come onboard & forgot to take their motion sickness stuff (e.g. Triptone) and also the reason they include it w/ sushi! Again, very cheap!
All of that should help a lot!

Thank you so much guys! I'll take the glucose out and see how that goes. And I'll go buy digestive enzymes today! Thanx again! I'll keep you posted.
