I haven't competed in two years and really want to. I've been turned off by what I've seen in the industry...don't understand why people (especially women) risk their health for the sake of vanity. At the same time, I really enjoy competing and want to do a show in 8 weeks. I'm ready to diet (stay somewhat lean always), but I want to prove that I can look great without any "additional" help. The only problem I have is that I am always hungry!!! I don't take fat burners, creatine, or anything. The only thing I take is whey protein powder, and only because I love chocolate and it gets me through my cravings. Any advice on appetite control? I honestly don't care if I place (would be awesome though), but want to look great on stage. Does hoodia really help? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
