For bodybuilding. Ive always done bleacher runs. Im talkin about sprint 100 meters walk 300 meters say 10 times during an outdoor walking cardio session of about an hour total the sprints in the middle lasting roughly 25 min. My concern is getting stringy.

I think sprints will be great for your cardio, there was a while back I saw a study posted about Interval cardio actually being better for fat loss, and muscle retention then low intensity.

you will not get stringy. if you have an issue with losing muscle, it's a diet issue not the sprints.
