Growth
Hey Girls! Just trying to find out if anyone else besides me holds water like crazy while on growth? It is so bad to the point where pain in hands would keep me up at night! I know I have other issues with numbness in hands due to a pinched nerve, but holding the water made that ten times worse!

Hey jennybugs

I hold water on GH. I'm taking only 1iu ED and if I wake up during the night, and also every single morning, I have what feels like FAT fingers !!! It's the weirdest thing. Can barely curl them. Goes away once I get up and move around. I also noticed it (water retention) under my eyes in the morning and I've NEVER had that. Takes about an hour for it to go away. I'm sure it's the GH. wow this is interesting, at 1 iu, do you have the pain in the wrists as well? what can aleviate the aches somewhat? I've read that the aches dissipate towards the 2nd 3rd week.. was this true for you?
I know keeping well hydrated is key

Water retention and the aches will get less as you go along....one thing you can do is take your gh only m-f...so give yourself a2 day break...

I read a article on a 7-keto study...its pretty clear it works and there arent really negatives to it for women..looks like a solid compound...

I was reading some people even do every other day? I would opt to avoid any discomfort on modays as I sit in lectures from 1pm-8pm and stiffin up as it is. So I suppose to start ..1iu Tues.weds.thur.fri.sat off sun ,monday would suffice?
id love to avoid discomfort wednesdays as well as I have the similar schedule with lectures, but would that be possible without totally screwing myself with usage? i want to run this correctly and not piss away my money

Generally unless you're going at 4iu+/day, the wrist pain and all that is really not an issue. 1-2iu/day should not present a problem, so I don't think you need to worry about this and that day. Also if you're using a UGL source (e.g. not a prescription brand like Serostim) the purity tends to not be at 100% so if you're planning to run something like 2iu, in reality it might be more like 1.5 iu. So technically even less of a dose to worry about soreness with.
Some people go EOD if it helps w/ reducing water retention.

Sas has it on the head. remember, some people are more sensitive to affects of any drug. additionally, if you are also using AAS, the chances of retaining water increase strongly.

oh ok thank you very much Sassy .Tammy I'd like to just start with 1 iu and progress to 2iu (5 days on 2 days off)
I won't be using anything else with the exception of clen (liquid) starting at .25mcg/day (not too sure if I should use clen 5 days on 2 days off or 3 days on 2 days off? there seems to be mixed perspectives on the protocal for clen use)

5 days on / 2 off is primarily related to hGH, and is really only to save money. Ideally you are dosing it consistently every day, at the same time(s) of day.
2 days on / 2 off - not useful for clen because the the point of the 'off' time is to clear out your receptors. 2 days or 3 days isn't long enough to allow this. Better is 2 weeks on / 2 off. If you want to go longer "on", e.g. 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off, add in ketotifen.

wow thank you so much for the help Sassy! Would you suggest using the ketotifen during the 2-3 weeks on clen, or using it straight through the 2-3 weeks on clen as well as the 2 weeks off clen?
