I love red meat, but don't eat it often enough... egg whites, salmon, shakes, chicken (except for when I make it).

cold for me too, I can't stand reheated meat of any kind
I like to take ground beef (or turkey) and divide into 2 oz balls, then I flatten them out with a pan or plate to make super thin patties like steak and shake and cook them on my grill pan with lots of seasoned salt and garlic powder. It only takes about 1 min each side to cook and goes down much easier........both lean beef and turkey seem to be sooo dry it is waaay easier to eat this way
