Carb Cycling, limiting "cheat meals" in general. I try to just stay full with my dieting foods. I find I dont care to cheat as long as I keep up on my food on Low days I try have them scheduled on days I know I will be busy and it will be hard to go out of my way for a cheat meal.
But stay up on cardio even when bulking, I also stay away from shakes I try to do mostly whole foods, I always feel bloated and get hungry faster when taking shakes.

I only eat carbs after I train All other times is just protein, fats, and veggies

Do this!!! It won't get you contest-ready, but it is very manageablr and you will see results.
Funny you should mention cabbage. I just started adding green cabbage, too. Sometimes, I will sauté it with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Definitely filling, tastes good, nutrient-dense, and dirt cheap. I might try red cabbage or Brussels sprouts at some point.
I also roast the Brussels sprouts and red bell peppers for ~40 min at 400 F. You can freeze them after they are roasted, so make a bunch at one time.
