Of all the things I have tried, var increases libido the least.
I get a little bit more horny maybe 2 or 3 weeks into the cycle. Maybe because of the buildup of the substance in my body through the weeks. Not forgetting, the swelling makes it so much better for me. But overall, I rate the effect on libido as very little, compared to other AAS.
But for gains in muscle mass vs sides, nothing comes close to var; at least for me.

I have a general theory that its more a result of the flux of your hormone levels than the presence of the compound - e.g. as pebble noted - the first couple weeks of a var cycle. It takes var about 2 weeks to hit 'full strength' so during that time the amount ('concentration') of the compound in your system is when the changes are most intense. I'd compare it to PMS as your mesntrual cycle is going thru a change and emotions are high. But as soon as you settle into your period, the effects are more settled - but holy eff... for me the day it starts -is when I have experienced near full-on emotional breakdowns for no apparent reason. And then the next day I'm a bit bloaty and that's about the extent of it.

isnt' 15 mg too much for a first time female user? I'd say 10mg tops to start...

Guidance is 10 mg - but there's no THOU SHALT DO THIS. Each person has to own their personal experiment w/ steroids. To be fair, how many dipfucks on the male end of the stick decide they need to run 3g of stuff to "make progress"?
Some might also argue it is going to depend initially on the quality of dosing of your compound and secondly, being in very tight touch w/ your body and your responses.

As most here said var will not help with depression I ran var twice and each time I'm at my horniest 2-3 weeks in then it stops and I go back to 'normal'.
I went to a wellness doctor for libido and was perscribed testosterone tabs. These have been a lifesaver and really work with keeping the libido super high. They're only 5mg of test each and I place themunder my tongue everyday. Your friend should get her hormones tested as that can also be the cause of low libido

she needs to work on her depression first, if she is on any anti depressents those themselves can decrease your libido.

I'm no expert but at first I thought I was depressed and tried a few anit-dep meds but it didn't really work. Believe it or not after watching an oprah show talking about hormones & depressin I decided to get mine checked and they were all very low. the wellness doc said low hormones have a lot to do with your mood and increasing test can increase ur sense of overall wellbeing
