Day 33 of Halo Extreme & day 30 of full cycle.
I just wrapped up the Super-DMZ portion of this cycle & upped my Halo-Extreme to 3caps e/d. I blew away all my Flood numbers this morning & the endurance/strength that I've gained on this cycle thus far has blown away all my expectations. All I can think about is getting through my PCT plus time off, just to start this exact same cycle all over again.
Sides;
Back pumps are still present & probably will subside soon beings I've droppped the DMZ out of the equation. My mood has been better than normal throughout the cycle. Have experienced little to no bloating.
I weighed in (Post workout) @ 266.3. That's a net gain of 5.3lbs.
Workout;
Monday – Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Superset 1;
Flat Bench = FBw/B (1sec pause top/bottom) ~ w/Med Bands.
Dumbell Flys = DF
Close Grip Bench = CGBw/B ~ w/Small Bands
Superset 2;
Military Press = MP (3sec pause top/bottom)
Lateral Raises = LR
Tricep Pushdowns = TP (w/rope)

Day 37 Of Halo Extreme & Day 40 of remaining cycle (-DMZ)
I can definitely feel the delta of upping the Halo Extreme to 3caps e/d. And that's taking into consideration that the DMZ dropped out of the equation this week. I'm starting to come to the conclusion that the Halo in the world of strength gains is neck to neck with the DMZ!!! I'm half sad this cycle is coming to an end!!
Sides;
Back pumps are no more & libido & mood are better than average. Still haven't had to even think about upping my 6-Bromo dose & this still gets my vote as one of the smoothest products out there, right with adex.
I weighed in (Post workout) @ 266.5. That's a net gain of 5.5lbs. Been so crazy busy at work that I haven't been able to hit my target calorie intake. My guess is that I could be somewhere near a 10lb gain at this point.

Friday – Legs, Calves
Superset 1;
Box Squats = BS (3sec pause top/bottom)
Front Squats = FS
Seated Calve Raises = SCR
Superset 2;
Hack Squats = HS (3sec pause top/bottom)
Glute Ham Raises = GHR
Standing Calve Raises = SC
