I lift at 6AM fasted M-F too. I've used peptides pre-workout (GHRP/GHRH for a while, IGF-1 DES for a while), and post workout (just GHRH/GHRP).
I think IGF-1 works better pre-workout, you get good pumps from it too.
Lift and then cardio. After lifting glycogen will be depleted already, and you can tap into fat stores.
I'd add in an alpha-agonist like Rawloscine to free up more fat pre-workout, along with the peps. BCAA would be another good thing to add, or hydro-whey.
I don't think you want to use IGF post workout, doesn't that interfere with natural MGF? Part of me thinks it doesn't matter a lot since LR3 will be in your system for a long time regardless. I also don't think carbs interfere with LR3, just GHRH.
