Rx's bencher doing mpd

Just a fyi..bencher is competing tommorow in the npc "heart of texas show"..in mpd..he's def gonna be the biggest guy on stage in that division...i spoke with him tonite after the competitors meeting..he came in at 230lbs..so wish bencher good luck and his wife is taking pics he will post here sunday...

Thanks biggen!! Most of the guys are bout 5'7" maybe 165lb. Few tall guys bout my height but a bit lighter... This was a good motivator for me to have during my recovery. We will see how it goes, just glad that I am going through with it. S2H has been a huge help in my getting ready for this. Nice thing is, there is very little chance of some freak injury this time around.

I have recommended a checkered kinda 80's look...maybe even a members only board short look...gotta look the part..

Actually are a few big boys in line up. Guy right next to me was bout 6'4" and probly 270lb. Few that were def previous bb'rs. One did cross over from heavy weights. Of course little surfer guys got first call outs.
