yeah def..a women willing to take tren or larger amounts of test etc..would fall into the ostarine catergory..the thing is ostarine's description of sides make it sound less likely to cause virilization..but that isnt the case in some women..your still gonna be playing the "what might happen game"...like your avi..what show is that?..you look like tina chandler..

I have never taken Tren etc... and as for the "what might happen game"... Isn't that life in general whether you are on AAS or not, all you can do is make an educated decision. Yet another reason I posted on this forum in case there was other info available. According to the information I have it takes 6 days to "kick in" today is day 3....

Now up to day 10.
Had my measurements done at day 6 - had dropped 3kg and 16.6mils over 8 sites measured by calipers. Most was water a little was fat.
I had changed my diet to a cutting low carb diet that week as well so it can't all be put down to the Ostarine, but I had been holding the extra water for about 5 weeks and couldn't lose it.
I appear more vascular and harder.
Will have my measurements done every week so will be able to tell if there is any muscle growth especially as my diet is definitely not one for gaining. This is one of the reasons that I am trying it now, I want to keep the muscle I have gained using the Var while cutting.
Only noticeable sides at this stage is an increased sex drive..

Into week 7 of the Ostarine & Anavar cycle.
So far have ga ined 500gms (1lb) lean body mass, fat % dropped from 17.5% to 12.1%.
Hit a plateau at the end of last week so have increased carbs and changed around the order of my meals. But had a lot of sleepless nights last week as well so not sure what caused the plateau... although still lost fat and gained muscle but only a few grams.
Was very hungry last week but with the changes yesterday found it hard to eat everything so may cut back a little on the quantities. Wont have measurements done again for 3 weeks.
Still very happy with the changes.
No sides at this stage.

Thanks for the updates.
At this point is your diet support muscle gains or just maintenance while promoting fat loss?
If focused on fat loss (e.g. competition prep), then you're doing well by maintaining and actually gaining some. There's bound to be some muscle cost if you're on an aggressive cutting diet.

My diet is for cutting, although I am not competing I have a goal date of Jan 14th for a family wedding.
The diet I am using is exactly the same as my precontest cutting diet so to be gaining muscle and losing fat on it is great. Last time I used nutrition precontest I lost approx 2lb of muscle by the time I hit the stage.
It is not an agressive cutting diet as I always allow a good 20 weeks of comp prep... rather make it an easy long slow journey rather than a tough fast one.
I am considering competing around May 2012 anyway so I do not want to lose anything at this stage. My last two var/winnie cycles over a 16 month period have added 8lb of lean body mass and I DO NOT want to waste all those gains now!
