From that website, here's what appears to be the Cliff Notes:
This is the quick guide to Fighter Diet for you who want to know a bit but not enough to really research:
Fighter Diet is a lifestyle for those who want to be lean 365 days of the year without feeling hungry all the time as well as optimize fitness and health.
1. You eat foods which allow you to consume large quantities without over consuming calories.
2. You eat from all three macronutrient groups: carbs, protein, fats.
3. Fighter Diet cycles the first two phases, the third one is an optional phase you use for days you need to alter your diet due to social events/traveling/breaking it up:
A: very low grain, high vegetables, high protein, moderate low/low fat.
B: very high grain, high fruit and sugar, low protein, low fat.
C: no grain, low vegetable, high protein, high fat.
My personal opinion is that there's probably more to it than just all veggies / no grains / refeeds if you actually spend the money for the diet. She mentions phases, which I would also expect as no single diet w/ no changes will produce exactly the results you want. There are always small tweaks. I would also suggest that you can put together a diet that will get your results w/o going w/ that particular structured diet.
That said, some people are more comfortable getting that structured diet.
A note that you will always lose some muscle when you cut - its just the nature of how your body adjusts its metabolism and uses its fueling resources to achieve your goal.
Given that it sounds like you are fairly close to where you want to be already, you can probably make small tweaks to your current diet/training to get to your goal.
