Oh the stepper has me back to furnace status. That is now my weapon unless knees hurt or after legs

Been up since about 5 am, took my pills a little bit ago(6:45), gym opens at 8. I feel like running thru a wall right now. Cardio and abs today since I got thru my workout during week.
Diet was pretty damn good this week. One jf meal and it was fresco tacos from taco bell. The amount of water that dropped from my body and definition coming in motivates me more.
Tomorrow I will indulge in some junk as its my nieces bday so that is expected, but back to business. Im trying to eat mostly sweet potatos this week as my carb source. Im using some seasoned rice, which I measure out, but its loaded with sodium(700mg) per 1 cup cooked serving....eeek...It tastes so damn good tho
I was fasting but now Im doing a few shakes with oats,pb,bananas,vanilla whey. I wanted some more calories. Ive also been using plums as desert. I love them. Water always for the beverage. Soda free all week. I usually lose track when Im with my chick and thats stopping. I will goto costco later for whey and meat. Forgot to take second dose yesterday since I was at party. Will do 2 and 2 today. Energy so so today, body might be adapting a bit or just an off day. Doing cardio now, the warmth is there.

Im doing stepper post workout today, I bring 2 shirts.
I ate like poo the last 2 days and I look good this am, luckily.

I think I have about a week left. I missed the second serving yesterday and took my first late today. had some issues come up but I'm back on track. My chicks mom said my face looked thinner so I know the fat is coming off

My torso looks leaner. I can't say I'm contest dieting but id be ahead if so. I'm losing and still enjoying life. I'll have a loose meal around lunch some days and clean all others

Its not, but I do cardio 7 days, 30 mins five of the days and an hour on sat/sun.
I am 210 now on todays weigh in

Im doing 2 n 2 for rest of bottle. I take my doses at 11 n 5. Few days left. Down 10lbs since starting
