Mood Changes with Anavar
Hello ladies,
I have a special female friend who just started a cycle of var. What, if anything, have you experienced in terms of personality/mood change with this drug? I actually posted this in the main section as well. Didn't know if femchem was well trafficked.
Thanks!

Its certainly possible because you're altering your hormone profile. I've heard many people mention water retention as a side effect of anavar, which, though var doesn't aromatize, would imply there's some estrogen activity going on. I came across one abstract that suggested estrogen is involved w/ high doses of anavar or primo.
But generally any time your hormone levels are in flux, it is possible to experience mood swings. I think its important, in general to be self-aware enough to notice behavior/mood changes when you introduce significant modifications to your system. A couple very easy examples are "that time of the month" and also a low carb day.
When you're playing w/ hormone modifiers, particularly for women, it always becomes your own personal chemistry experiment to see what that particular compound does when it interacts w/ your own natural levels.
Hope that helps. You didn't specify what exactly changed, but you can certainly expect things like that to happen when you introduce things like steroids to your system. Even tho anavar is the "mildest" and "most predictable", it is still going to be subject to each person's individual body chemistry to have any sense of what sides a person can experience.

You can find lots of info if you use the Search button or check the Fem Chem Index stickie at the top of the Fem Chem forum.
Highly recommend SHE does a lot of research herself, vs you do the research & tell her.

Maybe a little more short tempered. I get pissed off easier.

Just a thought, but there is always the possibility that the anavar is fake. Could be methyltest, dbol, or something else. It is especially important that women know exactly what they are getting. I'm a guy, and have used pharmaceutical grade anavar and never had any water retention, mood swings, etc. I know men and women are different obviously, but this is a possibility.
